eaSIP : IMS Location

Within an IMS network, each SIP message must contain the end user location: P-Access-Network-Info (PANI) header is used for this purpose.

This header contains information on the access network that the UA is using to get IP connectivity.

Format: P-Access-Network-Info: ADSL;network-provided;dsl-location= »CP-22300″

Some PBXs in front of a P-CSCF are not compliant and don’t add the header leading to an interconnection issue. eaSIP can easily solves the problem by adding statically by configuration or dynamically with an external database connection needed headers on a given request before accessing IMS network:

eaSIP use case : add PANI Header
